My experience with this place is limited to two visits, but I had something amazing each time. The beef pies, dumplings, and pork fried buns were superlative. My Yangzhou rice was merely "very good," but Dom's comments in the thread about saltiness could mean that they prepared it just right for the region being represented.
The people working there have been very nice to me on my visits, too.

Love Chou's! How can Eggplant, Potatoes and Peppers be so good?! I don't even need the Beef Pies!
Just kidding, I NEED beef pies.

An FNA veteran that hasn't lost a step. Still one of the best Chinese joints in town. I'm absolutely for renewal.
Still consistently good. +1
