Are there any opportunities during the upcoming Arizona Restaurant Week which are such a strong option that we should not miss?

We found at least one, which was at Sel on Main Street.
It was their Crispy Skin Seared Ora King Salmon Fried Rice, which, according to the menu, features XO Fried Rice / Beluga Lentils / Leeks / Scallions / Beef Jus Reduction / Calabrian Chili Aioli.
Everything else on the prix fixe menu was very good, but the Salmon fried rice was significant step above in terms of gustatory delight.
