I can echo the sentiment about the duck confit on the menu at Bar Cena and it's certainly closer than my next recommendation... the Duck Breast on the menu at Rough Rider downtown. I couldn't find a pic on my phone or online, so I'll snag one next time, but it's fantastic. I actually need to start a thread about them because I love that restaurant! Anyway, the duck dish... it has some braised mustard greens, grits, sweetness from marmalade, and it's always cooked to perfection. Yum!
Worth the drive downtown anytime, but read their website for instructions to park and find the restaurant. Oh, and make a reservation--they are totally booked ALL the time!

Last night, The Windsor's "chef special" was duck confit served with lentils, fig compote, and salad. It was somewhat out of character for the Windsor, which I normally consider a place for burgers and fried chicken, but it was quite good, especially for a price just a little over $20.
