Oh my gosh....TRIED IT! :oops: Picked it up in one of those "huh, this looks weird enough it might actually be good" moments while rushing through Fresh & Easy (as I recall). It's one of those 'boil in the bag' situations. We ate it with steamed rice. Tender chicken, pearl onions are what I remember about it. Not terrible once a little pepper was added, but not good enough to repeat. We even commented "How are they calling this coq au vin?".

I considered it too at Fresh and Easy. This line has a bunch of "Sous Vide" items. I image this word has lost all meaning now as we will just have to take their word for it?
