I'm thinking about a 1/4 cow from Red Mountain Ranch. I've known Tim Kenney for years and have tried the beef before and loved it. Here is an East Valley Tribune article about them:

"My friend Tim Kenney and his boss run Red Mountain Cattle Company. This is where I get my bones for bone broth. These guys are so small they don't even have a website or Facebook page, and only take cash or checks, but they have great little public market called Mother's Marketplace at 3811 N. Val Vista Drive in Mesa. They are open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. They suggest you call 480-735-8838 when you are on your way so they can come in from the fields or stalls. And tell them Vilardi Gardens sent you!"
