I heard them tell someone with a large order that the biscuits were what were holding things up for her (I think they placated her with a gift card). No one ever offered me an explanation, though, or much of an apology. I'm just thankful I didn't get a parking ticket!

The chicken was a little tough, and was cold, even though work is about 5 minutes away. But it tasted good! The sauce on the ribs was too sweet for me (in future I'll get them without), as were the beans. That said, I found the beans kind of addictive anyway. Alas my other side, cole slaw, was nowhere to be seen and I had to go slawless. They also neglected to give me napkins or utensils (luckily I have extras of both in my desk drawer). The biscuit was good, but not 40-minutes-of-waiting good. I tried contacting them via FB about my visit but never got an answer (I now think it looks like they're more active on IG, but I can't be bothered anymore).

The food was tasty enough that I'll go back sooner or later, hopefully with better results. But I figured maybe I should wait and let them iron things out a little (I visited soon after they opened, back in early May).
