I've seen a LOT of posts regarding poor service and good food. It's not difficult to run the front of house. It's not the same as running a kitchen and many cooks/chefs are opening places and just letting go of the other side without ever having done the work. (Same goes on the other side, too)
I have experience in managing and serving in busy tourist restaurants in Hawai'i. Also have owned my own cafe in Ireland. Cooked in Hawai'i and even was a chef in a gourmet vegetarian restaurant in Ireland. And more.
