My office has a thing called "Food Truck Tuesdays" where a different food truck shows up each Tuesday for lunch... When these guys show up I'm usually first in line... I don't remember what was in either of these sandwiches exactly, I just remember eating them and wanting more... Especially the Thai Chicken.
