Hey everybody. Just went to Sushi Ramen Go! in Gilbert, and wanted to report on it. (Their logo has chopsticks after the name, so I'm going with an exclamation point.)
I got the shoyu ramen based on a clear pork/chicken broth. Good broth, nice balance of soy sauce, a bit salty in the right way. Big fatty chashu, curly noodles cooked firm, perfect soft egg. A generous amount of shiitake mushrooms included by default(!), and you can get extra for a single dollar(!).
I still love Nishikawa for tonkotsu broth, but can't handle that broth on a summer day. Happy to have another solid ramen option in the SE valley. And super nice people.
